Define a first task
Drafting meeting notes, categorising requests or structuring research: choose a recurring activity whose expected outcome is already clear to your team. Define the inputs, the desired output and the person who will review it.
Plan a controlled trial
Start with fictional examples or documents approved for this use. Specify what the tool may do, what information to exclude and which checks are required. A well-written response still needs review for accuracy and relevance.
Measure before expanding
Compare the total time, including preparation and review, with your usual method. Record errors and corrections. Expand use only when the outcome meets the need and your team knows how to take over.
